You are not alone.

1 in every 5 Americans are struggling with Long Covid symptoms

Hi, I’m Danielle

As a mom of four and retired pediatric and adult oncology nurse, my life changed overnight when I woke up unable to speak, walk and live “normally” post-COVID infection. With so little knowledge and treatments available, I worked tirelessly to find answers and now help and educate families, doctors, and those struggling with invisible illnesses, inflammation, and myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome.

Using the most advanced fitness and health wearable available today—the Whoop— allows us to base your treatment off of real-time biometric data unique to your body, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle and activity levels in order to improve your metabolic function and help your body heal itself.

WHY WHOOP

Beyond Covid

METABOLIC FUNCTION + ZONE 2 TRAINING

Our method is based on Zone 2 Training and using real-time biometric data (the Whoop) to manage and improve recovery, performance, overall energy, health and quality of life.

  • One of the ways we help manage symptoms of fatigue, strain, inflammation and pain while healing injured cells is by monitoring and managing lactate levels that accumulate during physical, emotional or environmental strain. By identifying your optimal recovery state (Zone 2), you can optimize your body’s ability to repair cells and heal.

  • At baseline, most Longhaulers have higher lactate levels. High levels of lactate in the blood is what causes symptoms of metabolic dysfunction and injures cells.

Not only can the management of injured cells and lactate levels help heal illness (Long Covid) but it is also shown to slow aging and improve energy (metabolic function) even for those who may not suffer from chronic illness but want to improve health, wellness or performance.

  • You were incredibly generous with your time with a total stranger when I was in my darkest moments. I’ve learned a lot from following your instagram journey.
